Kurt has over 25 years of Sales and Operations experience from managing startups to companies > $10B in revenue over the course of his career. He is a fierce competitor with a relentless passion for customer success and unwavering support of his employees, co-workers, and Partners. Kurt has taken his knowledge and experience to help lead Custom Care Logistics (CCLG) with a Customer First and Teamwork culture, where he recruits, trains, and inspires teams to reach and exceed goals and targets. Kurt strongly believes in leading by example and leading from the front, focusing on Operational Excellence and engaging in all aspects of the business to help others succeed. Kurt holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance as well as an MBA in Business Management both from Santa Clara University.
